Hi, I'm Erin, founder of Juniper Operations. I've always enjoyed being the person behind the scenes making things run smoothly. My career has taken me from working the front desk at boutique fitness studios to leading operations for growing healthcare organizations, where I've managed teams, built scalable systems, and supported hundreds of clients across multiple states. Along the way, I've also worked directly with clients in psychiatric care, where I saw firsthand how life-changing quality care can be. That experience reinforced something I still believe today: when practitioners have the right support behind them, they're able to show up more fully for the people they serve. Working in both boutique wellness businesses and larger healthcare organizations has given me a unique perspective. I understand what it takes to create an exceptional client experience from the moment someone walks through the door, and I know how strong operations make it possible for a business to grow without losing the quality of care that sets it apart. Today, I partner with wellness businesses to manage the systems that keep everything running behind the scenes. I don't believe in overcomplicating operations or forcing businesses into cookie-cutter processes.
